OTR Grassmaster XT Tires
The OTR Grassmaster XT is an all season tire manufactured for lawn mowers and garden tractors.
Better soft traction and the ideal blocks offer a turf-friendly driving experience. The wide footprint, with the optimized tread elements, improves soft traction and enables the tire’s turf-friendly driving ability. This prevents the tire from harming the turf and grass field, making it perfect for garden equipment applications.
The symmetric tread pattern and the rubber compound enhance the tire’s performance on soft, loose, and uneven surfaces. The ideal tread pattern enables the tire to easily handle grass and turf surfaces. The optimized tread blocks enable the tire to maintain forward motion at all times. The superb tread maintains a clean footprint and prevents stone retention from harming the tire’s casing during the performance.
The OTR Grassmaster XT offers great all season performance. The ideal tread pattern closely follows the driving surface in changing temperatures. At the same time, the all season compound maintains flexibility in warm and cold temperatures. This combination upgrades the tire’s dry, wet, and winter weather traction. As a result, this combination boosts the tire’s driving safety levels throughout the year.
This is a bias ply tire. Due to the tire’s internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller bias ply tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire’s non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases, the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or, in some instances, an inner tube needs to be added. The proper PSI and the inner tube are able to maintain the tire’s ideal shape, preventing the bias plies from looking deformed. This ensures their performing safety and durability.
The photo is a representation of the tire’s possible deformation, it does not represent the specific tire model, size, tread pattern and application.
This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
