The Goodyear Wrangler AT/S is an all terrain, all season tire made for SUVs and light trucks.
The tire promotes great all season traction. The tough all season compound and the ideal tread design increase the dry, wet, and winter weather grip on the road surface. As a result, the tire manages to effectively enhance the year round application. During the on-road drive, the tire disperses water and slush from the footprint, effectively avoiding hydroplaning in wet conditions.
The tread design also helps to improve the all terrain traction. The rugged compound and the specialized tread design boost the soft, loose, and uneven terrain grip. They allow the tire’s forward motion at all times, boosting the deep mud and loose dirt terrain traction as well. The tread elements eliminate mud, snow, and rocks stuck between the tread elements. Mud and snow do not block the surface contact, while stone retention is effectively avoided. This combination results in a secure off-road terrain performance.
The Goodyear Wrangler AT/S also boosts the controllability and durability. The shoulder and center blocks enhance the surface contact, upgrading the steering responsiveness and driving stability.
